In my lifetime, Iā€™ve witnessed the sole-proprietors of this nation's business/industrial sector innovate ā€” improving the quality of life by rising to the occasion, fulfilling lifetime and career highlights, leveling economic assessment and connecting and collaborating with public officials, authority figures, and community leaders on the urban-socio tip by way of their initiatives to improve advocacy in the public realm of urban blight.

American cities were beginning to falter at a point and time when creative and cultural industries were excelling at a pace no man could imagine as corporate America had begun to shift its business model onto a midi-media-complex ā€” now, every so often, following the tradition of ethnic succession, the performing arts and conservatory institutions reinforce the symposium with a better theme to an additional manifesto.

The Fine-Arts has long been established as an act of disciplinary values, where the principalities of one's own skill and/or craft shape their approach by taking sides to get over the usual hustle and bustle of a dreamers ā€œescape to paradiseā€ motive. Artists, performers, and creative practitioners invest their time and energy into art/work til the point of scrutiny and destitution; grinding their way out of dormitory lifestyles onto an ā€œall the worldā€™s a stage, and men and women are merely playersā€ type of mosaic establishment. All the time they were host/expediters, curators, and frequent travelers acting on behalf of creative and cultural minorities enrolled in high-stake programs. Needlessly, willing and able to express communal and exchange support of non-profit through their own aspirations ā€” all made possible through the grants and philanthropic contributions of men and women who have founded and inherited Americaā€™s wealth.

Entry-Level graduates helm the most responsibilities at the finest hour, due to their being a lack of work-life innovators, when in all, companies have secured talents through fair-trade incentives across the nation, refurbishing office space, lobby/meeting areas, and putting an emphasis on community partnership in order to empower degree holders; Career-oriented temp-to-permanent staffing agents have all embraced the idea of merit-based opportunities ā€” companies are designed to train and develop office-managers, regional and national management that will be compensated for their time and experience, through housing, travel reimbursements, and other incentives that will lodge the companies namesake identity and reinvigorate its a corporate structure.

Tradesman, act in the like of your local unions and lodges, whereas, the same pact made for public service, a political hunch instills morale across the spectrum delivering a memorandum for a better work-life balance. In cities like Chicago, where construction and public service opportunities have increased, there is much more room growth and improvement, there just has to be a public figure that comprehends urban planning, in order to better orchestrate civic duties, in order to better rised from under the Shadows of HOFFA.
